The details you will need to decide are trim details, floor details, exterior finishes, transition details, tile and countertops selections, plumbing fixtures, and that’s just a sliver of the list of selections the builder will ask for.

-Custom furniture and millwork design

-Detailed AutoCAD documentation

-All furniture, art, and accessory selections

-Construction administration and coordination

-Purchasing, procurement, and installation of furnishings

I love renovating older homes. I love incorporating the old details in with the new ones. My goal in a renovation is for it to be seamless like you never knew it happened. Renovating is actually more difficult than new construction, and I love to make the process look easy.

My renovation services include:

-Interior programming, planning, and design

- Kitchen and bathroom renovation design

-Detailed SketchUp documentation

- Detailed AutoCAD documentation with a licensed engineering firm

- Construction administration and coordination

- Landscape, pool, and hardscape design

- Renovation projects can include furniture, accessory and art selection

Furnishing your home does not need to be hard. I will make selections and handle all the logistics for you. We will work together to create a home that represents your lifestyle and taste in a way you never imagined but love.
