Susan Simmons has a BA in Philosophy from Agnes Scott College and an MFA in Photography from Cranbrook Academy of Art. She has lived in South Africa, Cameroon, Australia, Marfa, and Detroit. She lives in Houston with her husband, two cats and a dog, all of whom miss her daughter who now goes to college in LA.
